They were all trained using methods at the Pilates Institute and are certified in the Pilates International Training School Institute (recognized label FISAF & Education).

Thanks to our high demands, they know how to get the best out of you and your body thanks to the Pilates Institute Method. Their teaching methodology and variety of exercises will provide you with the best results, always respecting your personal and your physical needs with a tailor made and personalized full body conditioning program. Striving to set up a quality label in order to ensure quality and effectiveness of our courses, we have set selected criteria for our centers and instructors / coaches of certified Pilates Institute.

Our spirit of quality is indeed very refined and through our Pilates courses we want to continually ensure satisfaction of our students.

Promoting well-being through Pilates method and working with professionals from healthcare(doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors), we have duty and full obligation to maintain the highest quality of Pilates services and products offered in Western Switzerland.

Qualification:
All our Pilates instructors and coaches hold national diploma and a diploma in International Pilates.

Continuing Education:
Our Pilates instructors and coaches are required to attend continuing annual education to ensure that their skills and savoir-faire remain modern, thus securing their position on Pilates Institute Switzerland team.

Service quality:
Every six months, all our instructors and Pilates coaches are evaluated by one of our Experts Pilates Trainer, to ensure continuity of quality services provided for our students.
