Our private courses are ideal for anyone wishing to work efficiently and accurately pure from the beginning to the end of the course. The session is based on a specific program written by your Pilates coach and is linked with your balance and your goals. From session to session you will have a systematic course adapted to you and your needs! Furthermore, this type of course is most suitable for people with specific needs and requirements (back problems, osteoporosis, etc.). Your Pilates coach will respond in the most focused and suitable way.
The sessions take place on mats and / or machines (Reformer - Cadillac, Spine Corrector - Wunda Chair) of your choice and needs.55 to 70 minute sessions are held depending on the Pilates Institute center.
You can choose from private lessons "Standard" (55min. classical Pilates session) or private lessons "Privilege" (60 to 70min.Pilates session with assisted stretching and relaxing phase, followed by a massage at the end of each course, for an unmatched feeling of well-being).
Classes are held Monday through Saturday, by appointment and in the presence of your private coach.
Our Duo Courses are based on the same principle as the private classes, except that you will share the session with one more person. Two participants perform their program tailored to their needs (this is only possible if both participants do not suffer from major health problems).

Courses in small groups designed for a maximum of 3 to 4 people on machines and a maximum of 3 to 6 people on the ground (Matwork).
Classes are held according to the timetable at the Pilates Center of your choice. Classes are held Monday through Saturday, advanced registration required for a fixed period of 10 or 20 courses (quarter or semester). Small group courses or collectives, take place every 55 minutes once or several times per week (no classes during school holidays).
During the course "on machines", in a small group, each participant will follow its own program, working with Pilates equipment according to his needs. This allows monitoring and optimal development of the student on the machine throughout the course of his group. Therefore, the effectiveness, results and safety is guaranteed even though there are many participants.
Requirements:
The person must have an evaluation report and a minimum of twoprivate lessons on machines, i.e. DISCOVERY OFFER.
For their own safety, these persons should not have any major health problems (back problems, disc disease, herniated disc, osteoporosis, etc.).
During small group "floor" class, the participants will follow the predefined course sessions, targeting the entire body for a complete workout.
You can choose from courses in small groups limited to 3-4 people for an intimate atmosphere and maximum corrections or 4-6 people for more active group dynamics anda smaller budget.
The great diversity of movements, the use of small equipment, and personal adjustments tailored to each participant will make these budget courses significantly more effective than traditional group classes in fitness rooms for up to 30 participants!
This course is conceived for groups from 6 to maximum 12 participants. The courses are mainly based on learning 34 fundamental and traditional Pilates movements (beginner course, intermediate course, advanced course, flat stomach course, healthy back course, etc.).
