Rates

Our rates vary from one center to another depending on the canton and size of the group. However, all our Pilates Institute centers follow the same pricing concept.

OFFERS

The majority of our clients (students?) take advantage of our new "Discovery offer" after their trial session.Not only this offer is ideal for discovering whether Pilates is suitable for your needs, but also you can choose more appropriate courses (private or collective) for the future.

The courses are payable in advance or monthly and duration of a session is 55 to 70 minutes depending on the course chosen.

1 / Collective lessons (Mat-work)
Mat-work group lessons are held in 10 or 20 sessions on fixed dates (quarter or semester), they are non-refundable if you cancel and cannot be transferred to another course. However, to avoid losing your pace if one session is missed, you have the advantage of catching group lessons with a private course for the price difference between a private and collective course. You will also get a private lessonalone with your Pilates instructor to improve your performance.

2 / Cancellation

Any cancellation or postponement must be announced 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends).Unannounced cancellations will not be refunded and will be charged by your instructor.

A refund in case of late cancellation will be possible only on presentation of a medical proof.

All our subscriptions in group classes are non-transferable, non-changeable and non-exchangeable. All our subscriptions for private sessions are transferable and can be shared or transferred to a family member or a friend. All subscriptions are validfor a maximum period of 12 months.

3 / Delay

Please kindly respect the schedule of your appointments. Any delay cannot be caught up during the session.

4 / Warranties and Liability

Pilates Institute Centers assume no liability for physical injury, direct or indirectdamage.
Pilates Institute is committed to implement its expertise in Pilates and provide only professional, trained instructors.
The client shall be admitted to the training session only when it has the dues are paid in full. In case of late payment, training will be interrupted.

The client bears full responsibility for his/her health. Pilates Institute disclaims all liability in general, except for damage caused intentionally or through severe negligence.

If a contractor trains independently and alone in the infrastructure of the studio, it remains solely responsible for his/her actions in case of harm or injuries. In no way Pilates Institute will be liable for a breach health of the contractor.

If the contractor stops taking courses for health reasons (medical certificate required) or when moving to another area, the value of unused sessions will be reimbursed, reduced by 10%. Subscriptions are not transferable.

For overdue invoices, a surcharge of CHF 10.- will be added.

If during the contract an instructor chosen by the contractor needs to be replaced by another instructor, the contract remains valid.

Pilates Institute declines all responsibility for the eventual theft committed within the premises.
