Olivier Fleurot, Directing Team Manager

At the end of his studies as professor of physical training and sports at the EIS in Fontainebleau, Olivier decided to refine himself in the USA in the field of personal training and physical preparation of athletes. During his stay he worked at 24 hours Fitness Sport and at Bally Total Fitness in San Diego as a personal trainer and spinning instructor.

After having passed the exams, he joined the Club Med and stayed there for 8 years. He finished as the assistant of the village director and a chief – entertainment coordinator.

He came to Switzerland in 1993 and worked as personal trainer and chief of the „recreation programme“ for the first Spa Hotel in Switzerland, L’Hôtel Mirador in Mont Pèlerin. In the same time he travelled and coached international clients. He went to Dubaï, St Tropez, Couchevel, New York, London… He also coached Madonna during her journeys to Paris as well as Cher during her stay in Europe (Geneva, London, Paris, Zürich).

In 1996 he was contacted by Lausanne Palace & Spa in order to found a team of personal trainers for their Spa. At the same time he discovered a new passion for the long distance triathlon (Ironman) and devoted most of his free time to it. In the same year he participated in his first Ironman in Zürich, which was followed by 17 others all around the world (Australia, South Africa, Hawaï, Malaysia, Austria, Germany,etc.)

In 1999, authorized by Lausanne Palace & Spa, he began his education as Pilates instructor in order to open the first Pilates Studio in Switzerland, at the same hotel. He followed an education of almost 2 years alternately in in Switzerland, the USA and South Africa. The studio opened in 2002. During the entire period of time he continued to look after his private clients at Lausanne Palace & Spa and was also the coach of Johnny Hallyday and Prince Albert of Monaco during their trips to Switzerland.

End of 2003 he left Lausanne Palace & Spa and decided to work in a totally independent way. He kept his clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland and received the authorization for the preparation of triathletes abroad. He accompanied organised and prepared athletes for various challenges around the world (Ironman and Half-Ironman in the USA, Singapore, Cancun, Cape Town, New York Marathon etc.)

2009 is the year of a new and fruitful collaboration with Ms Iva Mazzoleni. Relying on their experience they founded Coaching & Pilates Institute, a concept based on impeccable quality with a great diversity of services made to measure with the most important goal in mind… To make you achieve CONCRETE results.
