After having studied Sports and Science as well as Sports Management in Australia, Iva decided to specialize in the domain of sports and rehabilitative Coaching.

She worked as a Coach in various big sports clubs in Sydney, Australia, such as The Temple (club of stars such as Nicole Kidman), The Hardbord Diggers (Centre of Cardiac Rehabilitation), Fitness First (the biggest fitness chain in Australia), Lifestyle Management (sports club for corporate companies such as Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Bank and the Sydney Police), and various private personal training studios, such as Personal Best. In consequence of her various professional experiences, she chose to develop simultaneously her first personal training concept : « Active Fitness Health & Fitness Management » in 2000 to better satisfy her clients’ needs.

Three years later, in 2003, wishing to promote health and wellness in her own country, she settled down in Switzerland again and created in collaboration the concept „Excellence Fitness Personal Training », the first personal training company in Switzerland.

She trained Personal Trainers for a school of international fitness education in Geneva (FITS) and followed simultaneously a Pilates education lasting 2 years in London, among others, to become an international Pilates trainer for the Pilates Institute.

Therefore, Iva founded her first Pilates Centre in Lausanne in 2008. She gave up her occupation as the co-directress by Excellence Fitness Personal Training and continued working as a private coach and a Pilates Coach in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

2009 is the year of a new and fruitful collaboration with Mr Olivier Fleurot. Relying on their experience they founded Coaching & Pilates Institute, a concept based on impeccable quality with a great diversity of services made to measure with the most important goal in mind… To make you achieve CONCRETE results.
